Lady Lynched And Burnt To Death Over Alleged Blasphemy Against The Qur’an.

There has been a new Deborah Samuel case, this time, it’s happened at the same Lagos state where David was lynched by a group of northern Muslims and touts.
viral reports have it that a commercial sex worker, popularly known as ashawo was beaten and burnt to death for an alleged Blasphemy against the prophet Muhammad.
Sources who witnessed the crime narrated that , the victim Hannah Saliu from the northern part of the country did the trade of giving pleasure to men for money in return, around the Alaba rago, ojo local gov area of Lagos state Nigeria. On that faithful day the customer who’s name wasn’t mentioned but was known to be a northerner, patronised her.
According to the Eagle Online news, He was supposed to pay N1000 equivalent to $2, of which he probably did. But when he left, he allegedly stole Hannah’s N5000 that is $10. When she noticed, she immediately ran after him as she called out accusing him of theft.
The infuriated customer mobilised his male friends who were around to follow the girl back and search for the money, hopefully to prove her wrong and get an apology for an embarrassing experience.
However when they got to Hannah’s room, during the search for the money, the men discovered that she had a Qur’an underneath her billow and they angrily began asking what she was doing with a Quran with the kind of job she does, in essence what could she having been doing with a quran under her pillow as a prostitute.
infuriated by the discovery, pounced on her, beat her up, stabbed her and dragged her outside where they set her ablaze in the that area where northern Muslims were more dominant. This happened in April 2022, and had almost been swept Under the rug until 3 suspects Abubakar Musa, Sarauta Monsur and Surajo Yusuf were arrested recently.
It can be recalled that about a month ago, a popular sound engineer, David, tried to separate a misunderstanding between commercial bike riders and his friends at admiralty way in lekki pennisula Lagos.
Sadly the tide turned against him and instead of settling the fight, he was turned against, beaten and burnt to death for something he didn’t know about. This led to the current okada ban.
