The All Progressives Congress (APC) on Thursday unveiled Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau state and Chairman of the Northern Governors’ Forum as the Director General of the party’s Presidential campaign organization.
APC National Chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu announced this while speaking with journalists at the presidential villa Abuja.
The National Chairman led the presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, and Vice Presidential Candidate, Kashim Shettima to a meeting with the President in his office.
Adamu equally unveiled former Minister of State for Labour and Productivity, Festus Keyamo, as the interim spokesperson of the Campaign Organization, while the deputy spokesperson is Barr Hanatu Musa Musa.
According to him, the meeting was to brief the President and get his approval on the plans of the party regarding the campaign outfits and organogram and would make major disclosures soon.
